Its good that I know a little bit of fixing I inverted the long neck to the wheels and I was able to fixed it. Plus the bolts and other small tools where scattered all over the box, it was not secured properly when it was shipped. The syntetic leather of the chair has a white stain which cant be remove. All of the hardship and stress was relieved when I finally put all the parts together and wiped it with a clean wet towel. The reclining feature is great for relaxation., Great for office use.
